Customer Onboarding Project Coordinator

A superb Healthcare Technology company, based in South Dublin, is seeking to expand their team with the addition of a motivated Customer Onboarding Project Coordinator on a permanent basis.  

Your Package:

• Salary: €35,000
• Hours: 9am to 5:30pm (Hybrid Mon to Fri)
• Annual Leave: 22 Days
• Location: South Dublin (Luas Accessible)

Your Responsibilities
In this role, the successful candidate will be a key team member, coordinating across multiple teams to ensure operational efficiency and excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Project management of sales orders, technology installations and engineer visits
• Management of stock inventory and ordering.
• Coordinating multiple simultaneous software delivery projects
• Managing communication lines with clients and internal teams to ensure work is prioritised appropriately and expectations are correctly set and lived up to. 
• Coordination of regular Customer Success meetings
• Ad-hoc administrative support as required.

Your skillset

• 2+ years of administration experience with demonstrable project management expertise. 
• Proven ability to organise and coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable experience working in customer-facing roles
• Completion of a project management qualification is desirable.
