Role Overview
An experienced Field Service Technician is required to deliver best-in-class service and support to a diverse customer base across Ireland. This role is primarily field-based and involves the installation, servicing, and repair of commercial warewashing equipment.
You will operate independently while being supported by a Regional Operations Manager and a central scheduling team. The role includes the use of a company van, fuel card, laptop, and mobile phone, with core working hours of 40 hours per week (door-to-door).
This is a customer-facing position within a fast-paced and demanding environment, supporting a wide range of clients including restaurants, hotels, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and corporate offices. High standards of service delivery and customer engagement are essential to support ongoing business growth and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
•    Install, service, and repair commercial warewashing equipment (e.g. under-counter, pass-through, and rack conveyor dishwashers) 
•    Carry out on-site diagnostics, fault finding, and maintenance activities 
•    Identify technical issues and implement effective, timely solutions 
•    Complete accurate and detailed service reports in a timely manner 
•    Follow company procedures, protocols, and health & safety standards 
•    Collaborate with internal technical teams and share knowledge across the organisation 
•    Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations and guidance 
•    Support customers in the effective use and maintenance of equipment

Skills & Experience Required
•    Proven experience in a field service technician role 
•    Strong electrical competency (including single and three-phase systems) 
•    Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills 
•    Ability to test, repair, and maintain technical equipment 
•    Strong organisational and time management skills 
•    Proficiency in using mobile tools, systems, and reporting applications 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
•    Experience within the warewashing or catering equipment industry is highly desirable

Hours & Benefits
•    40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
