Clinic Coordinator 
At Osborne we are currently recruiting for a Clinic Coordinator / Office Administrator based in a clinic in South Dublin. 

For you:

  • Location: South Dublin
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm
  • Salary: €38-45k
  • Permanent 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients to the clinic in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle a high volume of phone calls, emails, and online enquiries efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic diary effectively
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes
  • Monitor and manage office and clinical supplies, restocking as required

Requirements:

  • 4 years+ experience of administration in healthcare 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
