Clinic Coordinator At Osborne we are currently recruiting for a Clinic Coordinator / Office Administrator based in a clinic in South Dublin.
For you:
Location: South Dublin
Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm
Salary: €38-45k
Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients to the clinic in a friendly and professional manner
Handle a high volume of phone calls, emails, and online enquiries efficiently
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic diary effectively
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes
Monitor and manage office and clinical supplies, restocking as required
Requirements:
4 years+ experience of administration in healthcare
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
