About the Role:
Osborne Recruitment is seeking a fully qualified Accountant to join our client’s finance team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Waterford, requiring 5 days onsite.

This role is ideal for a qualified accountant with 3+ years post-qualification experience who is ready to take the next step in their career within an industry setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
•  
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and manage stock accounting.
•  
• Support the sales function with financial insights and reporting.
•  
• Assist with year-end processes and performance calculations.
•  
• Respond to day-to-day financial queries.
•  
• Work closely with the Head of Finance to ensure operational efficiency across the finance function.

Who You Are:

• A fully qualified Accountant with some experience in industry as well as practice. 
•  
• Eager, energetic, and willing to learn.
•  
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative team player.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Practice and some industry experience required
