Quality Manager 

Are you an experienced Quality Manager with hands-on experience implementing and ensuring continuous improvements to companies Quality Management System (QMS) ?

Osborne are partnered with a leading software company, who specialise in in-transit supply chain visibility for global enterprise organisations, who are looking to add a Quality Manager to their expanding team.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing the Quality Management System (QMS), mentor a high-performing quality team, while establishing metrics to measure performance and ensure continuous improvement.

• Salary of €80,000 per annum
• North-East of Ireland location
• 2 days a week onsite

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop the companies QMS strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant regulations
• Ensure alignment of QMS activities with customer requirements
• Establish quality objectives, KPIs and process performance
• Oversee the creation, revision and retention of controlled documents

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Quality, ideally working in a Pharma, Life Sciences or Biotech background
• Previous experience leading global teams
• Demonstrated experience managing an ISO 9001 aligned QMS
• Experience managing eQMS systems
• Experience in SaaS solutions or technology driven environments
