Our client based in North Wicklow is seeking multiple Business Development Managers to join their team.
They have vacancies in both their SME and Mid-Large Enterprise departments.
In this role you will be responsible for driving and generating new business and sales.
This is a hunter role selling SAAS for Payroll and HR solutions. If you have proven experience brining in new business, then this role may be for you.

50-65k DOE + commission.

Key Requirements:
Min 3 years SAAS sales experience in a similar role or field.
Demonstrated new business/hunter experience.
Educated to a degree level.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Proficient with MS Office and Salesforce.
Proven abilities to reach sales targets.
Drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute actively to business expansion and sales by growing the client base through calls, events, referrals, and leads.
Promote the business all products and options to potential clients.
Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring speedy closure of sales.
Conduct effective business development and be proactive in marketing and promotion campaigns.
Provide a consultative approach to clients and recommend products based on needs.
Understand client's needs/goals.
Maintain your understanding of company products to actively promote them to prospective clients.
Proactively identify new opportunities and stay up to date with latest industry trends.
Be an active member of the sales team, take part in sales meetings, and bring market research/ market gaps.
