Trade Depot Assistant

We are currently seeking a Trade Depot Assistant to join our clients team at a fast-paced construction works hub. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, reliable, and comfortable working with both systems and stock.
Due to the different locations – Having own transport is essential.

Salary & Benefits:

• €37,000
• Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Inputting and maintaining accurate data on client accounts
• Receiving, checking, and reconciling stock
• Planning and coordinating fleet servicing and repairs
• Delivering vehicles to external service centres as required
• Supporting day-to-day depot operations

Key Requirements:

• Experience using computer-based record systems
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Confidence inputting data; Excel experience is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Full, clean driving licence (essential)
