Customer Service & Office Administrator (Part-time)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service and Office Administrator on a part-time basis for a client based in Louth to support the smooth running of their day-to-day operations and ensure the office runs efficiently at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general queries in a professional manner.

  • Make client service calls to existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Provide administrative support to team members and departments as required.

  • Help organise and maintain the office to ensure a tidy, efficient, and well-managed working environment.

  • Liaise with suppliers (e.g. phone, electrical and other service providers) and negotiate better deals and service agreements where possible.

  • Ensure the office continues to run smoothly by proactively managing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

  • Carry out other general office duties and ad hoc tasks as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role is essential.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly when dealing with clients and suppliers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to task management and problem-solving.
