We are currently seeking an ambitious HR Graduate to join a client based in Armagh. This is a fully onsite position offering a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced and dynamic working environment. The successful candidate will have the chance to support key HR functions while being actively involved in exciting projects across the business. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to develop their career in Human Resources, build practical experience, and contribute to a growing organisation.
Responsibilities…
Collaborate with Project site Managers & Head of Operations regarding the planning and coordination of workforce demand / supply for each project
Monitor workforce rotations to ensure adequate labour levels are maintained on projects
Preparation of detailed headcount, working hours and financial budgets for each project, working with the individual project managers and the commercial and finance teams.
Identify factors that influence operational costs, monitor and report on this data.
Take the lead on the schedule and planning of current operations and future activities
Participate in the recruitment and selection of new hires if necessary
Work closely with logistics to ensure travel and adequate accommodation is sourced in a timely manner
Assisting with performance reviews for site-based employees
Assisting with site-based compliance
Collaborate across all functions within the organisation to collate relevant data
Assemble and analyse data collated to establish effectiveness and lessons learned
Communicate effectively & efficiently on progress and present regular reports to management for the benefit of all stakeholders
Highlight any concerns and the ensuing impact
Identify opportunities for process improvements
The Person…
Strong ability to multitask, to manage competing priorities and an eagerness to learn about Operations Planning
A good understanding of Microsoft Excel; while you may not be an Advanced user, you should be comfortable using basic functions/formulae.
A degree in an Administration heavy topic, such as HR, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar is desirable
As you may occasionally need to visit the office in County Meath, an Irish, British or other EU passport is essential. Visa sponsorship cannot be facilitated.
