Senior Technical Sales Manager – Construction / Masonry
Osborne Recruitment is partnering with a leading manufacturer of masonry support systems to appoint a Senior Technical Sales Manager for the Greater Toronto Area.
This is a high-impact sales role focused on driving growth across the construction sector, with a particular emphasis on high-rise brick façade projects.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute a territory growth strategy
Build relationships with architects, engineers, façade consultants, brick suppliers, and contractors
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Deliver technical presentations and product education
Negotiate contracts and drive revenue growth
Represent the business at industry events and project sites
What We're Looking For
5+ years' B2B sales experience within construction, masonry, façade systems, building envelope, or related sectors
Strong technical understanding of construction products
Proven track record of winning business and exceeding sales targets
Experience selling into contractors, consultants, and construction decision-makers
Self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills
CRM proficiency and a valid driver's licence
Construction and masonry-related experience is essential.
