The Director of FP&A & Credit Analytics leads financial planning, liquidity oversight, and credit facility management for a multi-project land development platform. This role owns borrowing base compliance, forecasting, lender reporting, and financial analytics, while partnering closely with executive leadership to support capital allocation, risk management, and growth strategy.
