Marketing Co-ordinator

At Osborne we are currently looking for a creative, driven Marketing Coordinator to join our client’s high-performing team and help bring our brands to life across digital and offline channels.
This role with suit a candidate who can demonstrate proven experience in creating engaging design, and video, and who’s confident taking initiative to support and drive marketing campaigns from concept to execution. There is also the requirement to attend the clients various sites to capture videos and photos.
Ideally previous experience in social media & performance marketing, video-first campaigns, CRM & website management, SEO/SEM & paid advertising is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and X
• Capture and edit photography and video for social media, websites, campaigns, and events
• Produce high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Design graphics and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Write compelling copy for social media, blogs, campaigns, and emails
• Analyse performance metrics to optimise engagement and campaigns
• Support paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
• Maintain and update website content in WordPress
• Coordinate with external suppliers and support broader marketing initiatives

About you:

• 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing coordination or similar role
• Strong skills in content creation, video editing, photography, and design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, and Premiere Pro
• Confident copywriter with a strong visual eye
• Organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Full driver licence required
