A growing medical device start-up operating in a regulated environment is seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator / Executive Assistant / Operations Manager. This is a pivotal role supporting daily operations, senior leadership, and compliance activities as the company scales.
Salary: 35K to 45K
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office and operations activities, including scheduling, travel, suppliers, and administration
Provide executive support to the CEO and leadership team
Support finance administration: invoicing, expenses, purchase orders, payroll preparation
Maintain confidential and regulated documentation and document control systems
Provide administrative support to Quality & Regulatory activities (ISO 13485 training provided)
Support marketing, social media, events, and CRM updates
Manage internal systems and quickly adopt new tools and processes
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience in a regulated environment
Experience with accounting/finance software
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with document management systems an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Proactive mindset suited to a dynamic start-up environment
