Order Processor

Today at Osborne we are working with our client, a vibrant giftware company in Dublin 15 to find an Order Processor to join their fun & friendly team.
If you have good attention to detail, enjoy a fast-paced workflow and get satisfaction from seeing things run like clockwork then this is your perfect fit.

Salary & Benefits:

• €30,000
• Onsite Parking – Must have own transport due to location in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15 (not on public transport route)
• 20 days holidays

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Input orders into Sage 200
• Processing orders from all other platforms too such as Trade/Sales Reps Portals & Web platforms.
• Queries & credit notes
• Invoicing
• General Admin duties such as phones, booking DH’s, Filing, monitoring e-mails, e-mailing invoices, credits & statements

Essential Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in an office based environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-Starter, Highly motivated with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment 
• Attention to detail is essential
• Bubbly, friendly attitude
