Receptionist – Temporary
Our client in South Dublin is seeking a temporary Receptionist for 1 week in January.
You will be the first point of contact and instrumental in providing visitors with accurate information while supporting the wider teams if required.
For you:
• Temporary 1 week position.
• €14.15 per hour.
• Accessible by bus and train routes.
• 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
• Handover will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering phone lines and diverting calls if needed.
• Welcoming visitors and ensuring they are signed in correctly.
• Liaising with other teams and providing administrative support as needed.
• Monitoring email inbox.
• Receiving packages/post from couriers and distributing them to the relevant people.
• Maintaining the reception area as well as general housekeeping.
Key Requirements:
• Available to work in January.
• Previous reception experience is highly desirable.
• Confident with MS Office Packages.
• Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills.
