This is a newly role created due to growth for a highly experienced Credit Control executive to join an existing Finance team. This role can be Full time or Part time.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for Cash Collection from a diverse client portfolio in Ireland & internationally.
Handing of queries from clients in a professional and timely manner
Reissuing of invoices & customer statements as necessary
Inputting of data in Sage & Excel
Being organised and up to date on with payment schedules
Analysis of results, presentation of summary data to Finance Director
Be present at departmental meetings
Ad hoc finance duties as required.
Experience:
Min 4 years’ Experience in a proactive Credit Control role
Proven track record in Cash Collection.
Comfortable proactively contacting companies for payment via phone.
IATI Qualified would be advantageous.
Excellent Excel skills, in addition to accuracy and attention to detail is essential
Excellent follow up, organisational skills
A strong customer service focus with ability to build relationships.
