Part-Time Accounts Payable / Accounts Assistant (Temporary – Ongoing)

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant / Accounts Payable professional for an ongoing temporary assignment with a busy and well-established organisation based in Ashbourne.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys pure transactional finance work and is looking for flexible hours in a supportive team environment. The finance function is partially automated, with further system improvements planned.

Location: Ashbourne, Co. Meath (Onsite)
Hours: Approx. 20 hours per week – flexible (2–3 full days or mornings across 5 days)
Rate: €15–€16 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• High-volume Accounts Payable processing
• Sales ledger / Accounts Receivable
• Debtors management
• Bank reconciliations
• General finance administration and support

About You:

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable / Accounts Assistant roles
• Comfortable with high-volume invoice processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, organised, and happy working in a fully onsite role
• Available for part-time hours (approx. 20 hours per week)
