Osborne are currently recruiting for an Office & Logistics Administrator to join a busy, fast-paced operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, logistics, or weighbridge experience who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and supporting key operational teams.
Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:
Support a busy weighbridge office, handling both inbound and outbound vehicle movements
Act as the main point of contact for customer orders, entering information accurately into the ERP system
Oversee day-to-day weighbridge activity to ensure compliance with site procedures
Work closely with the Transport Manager to plan loads, resolve haulier queries, and issue timely updates
Liaise directly with hauliers to schedule collections and deliveries, optimising routing based on customer requirements
Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager, including operational reporting and general office duties
Input purchase requisitions for stock and non-stock items and assist with accounts queries
Support the smooth running of logistics and plant operations through various ad hoc responsibilities
What You Need To be successful in this role, you should have:
Strong numerical ability and excellent attention to detail
Clear communication skills with the ability to support both internal and external stakeholders
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, especially under pressure
A proactive, positive approach with good initiative and teamwork
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics AX / D365 is a distinct advantage)
