Learning Advisor
We are recruiting for a Learning Advisor on a permanent basis on behalf of our client based in Drogheda. As a Learning Advisor, you will support clients by phone and email — answering questions, booking training, and offering clear, helpful advice. You will also build strong relationships and help grow accounts by following up on leads and suggesting relevant training options. You do not need experience in the training industry.
Salary & Benefits:
€40,000 DOE
Full training and support from day one
Additional annual leave per year of service.
Duties:
Answer calls and emails from new and existing clients
Help clients choose the right training
Send course information, prices, and booking details
Keep track of bookings and update our system
Follow up on quotes and check in with clients
Build strong relationships and encourage repeat business
Support clients before and after their training
Work with the team to improve how we do things
Help with client payments if needed
Skills:
At least 1 year working in an office, customer service, or admin role
Good phone and email skills — friendly, clear, and professional
Strong attention to detail
Able to stay organised and meet deadlines
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good team player who can also work on your own
Confident talking about prices and finding the right solution for clients
Experience using booking or CRM systems is a bonus
Previous work in sales, account support, or admin is helpful.
