Chef – Childcare Facility

• Location: Waterford
• Hours: Mon–Fri 9am–3pm

Overview:
Childcare facility in Waterford seeks a part-time Chef to prepare healthy, child-friendly meals and maintain high food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily meals and snacks.
• Follow HACCP and hygiene procedures.
• Plan simple weekly menus.
• Manage stock and keep the kitchen clean.
• Work with staff to support dietary needs.

Requirements:

• Previous cooking experience (childcare/healthcare an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of food safety.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
• Must pass Garda Vetting.
