Our client, a well-established construction contractor, is seeking a motivated and experienced Site foreman with experience in groundworks and RC frame construction to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and coordinating all on-site activities.
Managing groundworks and RC frame operations to ensure efficient workflow.
Leading site teams and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Monitoring progress, quality, and materials usage.
Reporting regularly to the Site Manager & Project Manager.
Trouble-shooting issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Foreman in groundworks and RC frame.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of construction processes and health & safety requirements.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Enthusiastic, committed self starter with a proactive approach to problem solving.
