Head of Sales – Global Digital Health Innovation

A global leader in digital assessments, therapies, and biomarkers for Central Nervous System (CNS) Conditions and Rare Diseases is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Sales to lead its global sales strategy and drive transformative partnerships across the pharmaceutical, health technology, and payer sectors.
Operating in over 30 countries, this pioneering organisation leverages cutting-edge science and technology to transform how neurological and rare diseases are understood and treated. Backed by strong partnerships with leading pharmaceutical companies and health innovators, it is entering an exciting phase of international expansion and commercial scale-up.
The Opportunity
As Head of Sales, you will define and execute a global sales strategy, driving revenue growth and establishing long-term, strategic partnerships with leading healthcare organisations worldwide. Reporting to the executive team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s global impact and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a high-impact global sales strategy that accelerates growth and market reach.
Drive all aspects of sales performance, from pipeline to close, ensuring sustained quota achievement.
Forge and manage strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical, health tech, and payer organisations.
Lead complex negotiations and contracting processes for high-value, multi-year deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling, data-driven value propositions.
Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class sales team with a focus on performance and accountability.
Your Profile
8+ years of commercial experience within pharma, healthcare, or digital health, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading successful sales teams.
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical partnerships, contracting, and payer dynamics.
Strong strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills with C-suite presence and influence.
Adaptable, ambitious, and results-oriented — with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
