Site Project Manager

Osborne Recruitment are working with our client, Ireland’s leading provider of house extensions and garden rooms  who are seeking a Site Project Manager to join their tight-knit team. This role involves being the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is realised while maintaining high standards of quality, adherence to agreed timelines, and accurate project costing.

Location: Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath
Salary: DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, construction teams, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Monitor and enforce quality standards to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules and resource allocations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, project management team and contractors to align project goals.
  • Manage subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Conduct final inspections and oversee project handover to clients, ensuring satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Site Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, health and safety and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites.
