Scheduling Administrators 

We are working with number of companies based in North Dublin/Dublin 13 area who are looking to hire Scheduling Administrators on a temporary basis initially for 3 months period. Ideally you must have at least 2+ years’ experience in a fast paced administration position within a busy office environment. These roles are fully based on client sites and looking for candidates to start in as soon as the 6th January. 

Salary: €16p/h+

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain appropriate systems, processes, and practices for managing a large volume and range of print and online correspondence, documentation, papers, and files/records
  • Provide proactive general administration services to the team including preparing letters/emails
  • Engage and communicate with a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and update databases and spreadsheets to include collating, entering, processing, and verifying a range of data and information
  • Prepare and produce data/information reports at regular intervals
  • Support content development for online and print publications and material as required
  • Provide administrative support for key projects as may be assigned from time to time

Ideal Requirements:

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills are essential
  • Demonstrated evidence of strong computer skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and manage work efficiently to strict deadlines is essential, together with proven desire to be proactive and taking own initiative
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to process data efficiently
  • Have access to own transport
