Salary €65,000 – €75,000 DOE – Hybrid – VHI – Pension – Permanent Role – Dublin
The Role:
Bid process fulfilment including qualifying opportunities and submissions.
Manage full compliance with all bids.
Bid Strategy development
Work and collaborate with all stakeholders including ops, tech, sales, legal and finance.
Effective resource and time management to ensure on time submissions.
Manage public and private sector portals for opportunities.
Maintain up to date documentation for the end-to-end bid management process.
Follow industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance with all requirements.
Monitoring and evaluating bid performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Oversee award submissions.
Focus on best practice and ensure all bid management is being fully worked on.
Follow industry trends and market insights.
Required skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a bid manager, proposal manager or a similar role with large scale contracts and multiple projects.
APMP Certification is preferred
Knowledge of regulation standards.
Systems proficiency including MS Office and Sharepoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
