Front of House Administrator – Part-Time (21 hours) – Permanent – Dublin 4

Osborne is delighted to partner with a growing consultancy firm to recruit a Front of House Administrator. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast paced, professional environment.
As the first point of contact for visitors, this role combines front-of-house duties with administrative support, requiring someone who can multitask effectively while maintaining a polished and professional demeanour.

Hours: Monday to Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: €30k – €32k (Pro Rata, DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a professional and welcoming first impression by greeting visitors and clients, while managing incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Preparing and organising meeting rooms, ensuring they are equipped and presentable.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks, including document proofreading, project coordination, and data entry.
  • Ensuring guests feel comfortable by offering refreshments and handling hospitality arrangements.
  • Providing fast and accurate typing support for reports, correspondence, and presentations.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or reception role is desirable.
