Commercial, Tech & IP Solicitor – Perm – Dublin 2

Here at Osborne, we’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Central Dublin law firm that is seeking to add an experienced, driven Commercial, Tech & IP Solicitor to their team on a permanent basis.
Ranked highly by both Chambers Global and the Legal 500, this leading practice has a particularly strong client base and a true team ethic, with many of their largest, most high-profile clients being advised by the firm across a number of practice areas.
The successful candidate will provide commercially and strategically-minded legal advice to an impressive range of international and domestic client across a range of industry sectors.  Your work will include, among other areas, commercial contracts with a focus on SAS, distribution, outsourcing and agency agreements, data protection advisory and compliance, IP advisory work, and related due diligence.

Salary: DOE
Hours: 9am to 5:30pm (Mon to Fri)
Working Model: Hybrid
Location: Dublin 2

Candidate Characteristics:

• Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland / England & Wales
• 2+ PQE, ideally with demonstrably strong experience dealing with technology clients as part of a leading Irish or international law firm
• Good knowledge of gaming & gambling laws, along with consumer protection and e-commerce regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, backed up by strong academics, 
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a commercial mindset.
