Executive Officer – ICT Department

Osborne are currently recruiting for a Executive Officer for a 3 month temporary assignment based in Dublin 4.
This role working as part of the ICT department, will suit a technically savvy and customer focused individual who enjoys working in a busy team.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage the ICT Helpdesk, ensuring prompt issue resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide technical support to staff, fostering strong working relationships and addressing their needs effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and support business applications and infrastructure solutions.
• Stay updated on technology trends, proactively seeking new solutions for the organization.
• Monitor IT security policy adherence and participate in ICT and non-ICT project initiatives.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences, including through user training.

Requirements:

• NFQ Level 6/7 in a computing-related discipline, or 2-3 years of relevant ICT experience with at least one professional ICT qualification.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical skills, with experience in managing ICT support and solutions.
