Are you an organized, proactive professional with a passion for delivering exceptional membership administration support? We are seeking a skilled Senior Membership Administrator to join our client’s growing team in Dublin 2 for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is fully onsite and will be integral in supporting membership services and ensuring a seamless experience for members.
Salary: €35k – €38k DOE
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality membership and administrative support to the Office Manager
Manage member communications, queries, and maintain member records with precision
Coordinate and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a busy environment
Process membership applications, renewals, and updates efficiently
Oversee reception duties, including call handling, greeting visitors, and supporting members in person
Maintain organized filing systems for membership documents, both electronic and physical
Assist with member billing, payment processing, and basic debtor management
Prepare membership reports and support in updating membership information on the website
Support directors with administrative and secretarial tasks when required
Carry out ad-hoc duties to assist the team and enhance member experience
Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally in membership or professional service industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); PowerPoint is a plus
Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
Demonstrated ability to handle a high-volume workload accurately
Team player who is also able to work independently
Familiarity with CRM or membership database management is advantageous
Comfortable using social media platforms to engage members is a plus
Knowledge of the Dublin area hospitality industry.
