Osborne Recruitment are seeking BMS Commissioning Engineers in Dublin. We are currently seeking an experienced and innovative BMS Commissioning Engineer to join our client’s team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the commissioning the Building Management Systems on site.

Responsibilities:
In-depth knowledge of Building Automation Systems, including expertise in Trend, Distech, Tridium, and other industry-standard platforms.
Ability to implement control strategies on site for various building systems.
BMS:
Proficiency in building automation systems, including expertise in Trend, Distech, Tridium and other industry-standard platforms.
Commission and optimize BMS to meet project requirements and client expectations.
HVAC Plant Operation:
Understanding of HVAC plant operation and systems.
Ability to commission and optimize HVAC systems for energy efficiency and performance.
Controller Strategy Development:
Write and commission BMS Controller Strategies to meet project objectives.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of control solutions.
Frontend Graphics:
Commission Frontend Graphics for BMS systems.
Customize graphics to meet client specifications and project requirements.
Commissioning Documentation:
Understand commissioning documentation, including test plans, reports, and as-built drawings.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Testing and Troubleshooting:
Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting of BMS systems to identify and resolve issues.
Provide technical support during commissioning and startup phases.
Qualifications:
Qualified to work on live BMS Panels
Experience:
Proven experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer with expertise in building automation systems and HVAC plant operation.
Strong knowledge of commissioning processes and procedures.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Trend, Distech, Tridium, and other BMS platforms.
Ability to write and commission BMS Controller Strategies.
Experience in developing and commissioning Frontend Graphics for BMS systems.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
