Business Development Manager

Join an ever-growing company that specialises in Facilities Management, Cleaning and Services. The Business Development Manager will have the opportunity to bring their excellent skillset to a company where they can grow and develop. Hit the ground running and join an established sales team whilst driving new business across specific regions within Ireland.

Salary €70,000 – €75,000 DOE – Excellent Commission Structure – Car Allowance – VHI – Pension – Permanent Role

Location: Covering provinces on the west of Ireland including Ulster, Connacht and Munster. 

The Job:

• Develop and grow the customer base.
• Establish leads and close sales.
• Present to existing and new customers / clients.
• Prepare tenders for prospective clients.
• Report on Cost Analysis.
• Work towards targets and established KPI’s.
• Ensure that customer information / sales and relevant documentation is uploaded using CRM.
• Gather and report on Market Intelligence.
• Regular Client Visits.
• Assisting in the bid proposal process / work closely with the writer experts.
• Assisting in the development of existing and potential new business opportunities.
• Assisting in the preparation of cost analysis and pricing of tenders.
• Assisting in the generation of sales reports

Skill Requirements:

• Strong Business Development experience within facilities and or cleaning.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent negotiation using a consultative approach.
• Strong team player with a collaborative aspect.
• The ability to be self-motivated and focused on continually achieving and exceeding targets.
• Motivated / Strong self-starter.
• Excellent team-player
• Ability to prioritise.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Full clean driving licence.
