We are looking for a dedicated Quality Administrator to join our clients quality team at a prominent pharmaceutical manufacturing company in North Dublin. This is an exciting 23-month contract role for an individual eager to contribute to the quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the processing of materials designated for return to suppliers from the non-conforming material review process.
Assist in developing and maintaining effective links with suppliers to facilitate the material returns process.
Process materials identified as scrap, including running the weekly Scrap QN part list report from SAP, completing Scrap Forms, and uploading them into the SharePoint inventory adjustment application.
Ensure necessary clearances and approvals are obtained for routing materials back to suppliers.
Facilitate supplier approvals for Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) for parts returns.
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance with quality standards.

Key Requirements:
Minimum of a third-level qualification (Degree QQI Level 8) in Quality Management, Business, Administration, or a related field, OR equivalent relevant experience.
Experience working in a quality team within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in SAP, SharePoint, and other applications.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various departments and stakeholders.
