We here at Osborne are hiring a Commercial and Procurement Manager on behalf of our client, Ireland’s largest supplier of gases and gas mixtures located in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, excellent commercial understanding and strong procurement experience.

Responsibilities:
Negotiating contracts with Key TMM Stakeholders of Chemical & Gas warehousing in Ireland and Consolidated warehousing in the US & Asia
You will identify new processes & continuous improvement opportunities and implement required changes with support from the Ireland Productivity Manager
Moreover, you will also be directly responsible for all new service suppliers to TMM from a contractual perspective
Developing annual Budget submission for all TMM Business and developing cost and sales analysis for the TMM Director to review in line with the company’s expectations
In addition, you will be responsible for contract negotiation with Customer for TMM and negotiate annual logistics contracts with international ocean freight providers
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL
Experience with Power BI/SAP is advantageous
You have a Procurement and/or Supply Chain qualification or significant working experience within a similar role
You can demonstrate a good level of financial & commercial acumen with excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver to tight deadlines
Experience with managing a team; engaging, developing, and inspiring them to deliver at their highest capabilities
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
You have a passion for and experience of implementing continuous improvement initiatives
