Key Responsibilities:
Lead operational procurement, customer service, logistics, and SAP management teams to ensure high-quality, cost-effective materials management.
Drive continuous improvement, utilizing digital tools and best practices to enhance procurement and logistics efficiency.
Manage vendor relationships, working with global procurement and category managers to build strong supplier partnerships.
Ensure compliance in areas such as customs, export control, and inventory, while supporting site-wide business goals as part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Optimize cost management across purchasing, freight, and warehousing, focusing on strategic goals to maximize productivity and performance.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (QQI Level 8) in business, engineering, or a related field.
8+ years in senior-level logistics or procurement, with a focus on cost management, contract negotiation, and productivity optimization.
Proven leadership in team development, with an emphasis on succession planning, coaching, and fostering high-performance behaviours.
Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to navigate complex issues and build effective cross-functional relationships.
Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to influence across various levels within the organization.
