Key Responsibilities:
Deliver key performance indicators (KPI) across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity, with a focus on fostering a zero-harm culture.
Lead, mentor, and develop team leaders, empowering them to meet site metrics and deliver top-tier performance.
Implement and champion continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, and PDCA to enhance site productivity and performance.
Strategically manage headcount, succession planning, and talent development, creating growth opportunities for team members.
Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to drive collaborative solutions, ensuring optimal resource planning and cost savings.
Engage with local agencies to strengthen the site’s reputation within Ireland, promoting it as a center of excellence within the global organization.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of senior management experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership in driving performance improvements, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Goal-oriented and strategic, with a high level of accountability, and experience in resource planning and talent development.
