Assistant Manager

They are dedicated to providing key essential services and support within their community and work to create lasting change through advocacy, support services, and sustainable initiatives, empowering people to rebuild their lives with dignity. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in the management and delivery of the organisation’s day to day services, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client care. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for operational planning, staff management, resource allocation, and the implementation of policies and procedures. You will also work closely with the leadership team to ensure that the charity’s strategic objectives are realised on a practical level.
