Temporary Project Officer – Dublin 4 

Osborne are currently recruiting for a temporary Project Officer to join a leading public sector client in Dublin 4 on a temporary basis.

This position will run until the end of the year.

This role offers hybrid working options and will suit a personable individual with strong project management experience and excellent MS Office skills.

Duties of the role:

  • Support the implementation of programs and funding 
  • Contribute to evidence-based analysis and the creation of policy papers and reports
  • Review project progress reports and help prepare summary reports
  • Provide administrative assistance for budgeting and procurement processes, such as raising purchase orders.
  • Prepare materials for responses to parliamentary questions, freedom of information requests, briefing notes, and other inquiries.
  • Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and other activities.
  • Take minutes during meetings attended.
  • Manage records and files within the department.
  • Perform other relevant duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • NFQ Level 8 qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 18 months experience in similar role
  • Strong project management and MS Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High-quality analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Competence in IT, particularly in Microsoft Office
