Social Care Workers

We are seeking qualified Social Care Workers to join our client’s team in various rural communities across Ireland. Become a vital part the healthcare community and help provide exceptional care in rural Ireland!

Location: Limerick, Longford, Mayo, Kerry, Galway, Cavan
Salary: €38,350 approx.
Hours: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and guidance to individuals in a residential setting
• Assist with daily living skills and promote independence
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning

Requirements:

• QQI Level 7 or equivalent qualification in Social Care
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a social care environment
• Full clean driving license (manual preferred)
• Proficiency in English
• Must have a valid permit to live and work fulltime within the EU

Working Conditions:

• Full-time positions available (44-48 hours per week), including 2 sleeping nights
• 12-hour shifts
• Competitive salary with shift allowance for an hourly rate of approx. €15.36
