Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) for Rural Residential Regions

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant looking to make a difference in rural communities? We are currently seeking HCAs to join our client’s team in various locations across Ireland.

Location: Limerick, Longford, Mayo, Kerry, Galway, Cavan
Salary: €36,310 approx.
Hours: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents
• Assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and well-being
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best care outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans

Requirements:

• QQI Level 5 or equivalent HCA qualification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
• Must hold a valid driving license (manual preferred)
• Good command of the English language
• Must have a valid permit to live and work fulltime within the EU

Working Conditions:

• Full-time positions available (44-48 hours per week) including 2 sleeping nights
• 12-hour shift pattern
• Competitive pay with shift allowance bringing earnings to approx. €14.50 per hour
