Sales Executive

As Sales Executive you will be responsible for generating new business oopportunities that are in line with the Osborne business growth strategy. The role is responsible for achieving sustained financial and growth objectives.  You will the highest quality of service whilst promoting the Osborne brand and representing Osborne in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong working relationships with the Recruitment and Business Managers.
  • Develop a sales culture within the operation
  • Promote the Osborne brand and reputation both internally and externally
  • Ensure local commercial and sales strategy is in line with the overall company growth and sales strategy
  • Actively work with recruiters and clients to increase fill ratio
  • Identify, build, and develop relationships with new clients in the region with the purpose of transitioning to the recruitment team; proactively contacting leads and prospects daily
  • Review all existing clients and ensure sales opportunities are maximised
  • Onboard new clients effectively in line with agreed contract and T&Cs.
  • Prepare and conduct all client meetings in a highly professional, expert, and consultative manner
  • Develop Osborne partnerships and relationships with strategic bodies and business networks
  • Achieve weekly & monthly sales financial and KPI objectives
  • Qualify all new jobs with new clients
  • Collate and follow up on all generated leads
  • Attend networking events as required, often outside business hours

Requirements:

  • Relevant Business or Marketing or other relevant Level 8 Degree would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment consultancy or sales or business/professional environment
  • Professional, personable individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build lasting relationships with colleagues, clients, and candidates
  • Ability to make sound judgements & business decisions
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills.
  • Excellent organisational, management, prioritising, and workload coordination skills.
  • Accountability to achieve targets and deadlines consistently on time.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Takes pride in strong customer service delivery
  • Integrity, energy, and passion for the recruitment industry.
