Part-Time Administrator (6-Month Temporary Role)

Here at Osborne, we are hiring for an Administrator for a well-known organisation based in Galway. This position offers a great opportunity for someone looking to build their experience in a friendly and supportive environment.

Position: Part-Time, 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday), 9am-5pm.
Location: Parkmore, Co. Galway.
Duration: 6-Month Temporary Contract, possibility of extension.
Start date: Friday 27th of September. *Please note that you must be available to start on this date in order to be considered for this role*.
Rate per hour: €14ph.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Reception: Answering phone calls, managing the reception area, and welcoming patients with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, handling emails, and document management.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assisting in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and booking meeting rooms.
  • Customer Service: Handling inquiries from patients and colleagues via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensuring that office supplies are well-stocked and the work environment remains organized and tidy.
  • Other Duties: Supporting the office management team with additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years previous experience in an administration role is required.
  • Previous experience in a reception/administration role within a medical/healthcare setting is also advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours on a temporary basis, as needed.
