Personal Assistant to CEO  

Our client who is a globally recognised company are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to CEO.  
This is an opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Executive or Personal Assistant, with a talent for building strong working relationships to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer.
We are looking for a highly professional, organised, and skilled communicator to support the Chief Executive develop management process and structure.
This position is privy to confidential information and requires diplomacy and discretion. 

Salary and Benefits: 

  • €45,000 
  • Location North Dublin  
  • Urgent start  

Responsibilities:  

  • Representing CEO and managing communications 
  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing incoming enquiries. 
  • Dealing with correspondence, responding directly, delegating, or advising on responses to the CEO, providing clarity of outcomes and actions. 
  • Disseminate information to senior leadership and maintain a system to ensure action is taken by senior leadership. 
  • Providing information and feedback to wider team on developing issues as directed. 
  • Project and management support 
  • Provide project support; reviewing and summarising documents, highlighting key changes. Ensuring CEO feedback reaches relevant team members. 
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentation material as required. 
  • Scheduling and meeting support 
  • Maintain a coordinated and up-to-date calendar for the CEO. 
  • Organise and schedule meetings with employees and external partners. 
  • Attend meetings with the CEO to record meeting outcomes and follow-up actions. 
  • Ad-hoc tasks as needed including. 

Requirements:  

  • 3+ years working as a PA to Senior Management 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Excellent communication, organisation, time management and attention to detail  
  • Proficient/Advanced on MS Office Suite and has experience with Google Workspace 
  • Good Problem solving and decision-making aptitude.  
  • Excellent Communication skills verbal and written.  
  • Discretion and confidentiality are key.  
  • Stakeholder experience would be advantage.
