Marketing Manager

Our client, a forward-thinking and mission-driven organization, is looking for a committed Marketing Manager to become part of their team. They offer an innovative platform that empowers various groups, including nonprofits and educational institutions, to strengthen their communities and reach their fundraising objectives.

The Job:

  • Location: Ireland – Must be able to Travel to Dublin
  • Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: Up to €55,000
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing plan to increase the number of organizations using Our Fundraiser.
  • Design, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain and grow the support base for existing ones.
  • Leverage digital marketing, social media, and content production to enhance our online presence and engagement.
  • Design and manage advertisements (online & print) to effectively promote our services.
  • Organize and represent Our Fundraiser at events and exhibitions.
  • Create and deliver presentations to potential customers.
  • Design promotional materials, including posters, leaflets, signs, online posts, and videos.
  • Engage with customers to gather insights, conduct surveys, and analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage and enhance our website and social media presence.
  • Plan and execute special fundraising events to complement our regular offerings.
  • Handle internal processes meticulously, including plans, documentation, commercials, trackers, records, data, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on customer engagement and acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including presentation, written, verbal, and active listening.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A creative problem solver with a positive attitude and a flexible, ‘can-do’ approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be results-driven.
  • A team player who is great with people and highly customer-focused.
  • Full Irish driving license and own transport.
