Administrator

Our client, a forward-thinking and mission-driven organization, is looking for a committed Administrator to become part of their team. They offer an innovative platform that empowers various groups, including nonprofits and educational institutions, to strengthen their communities and reach their fundraising objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to make a meaningful impact. As an Administrator, you will be instrumental in supporting fundraising organizations across Ireland, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.

The Job:

  • Location: Ireland (Remote with occasional travel)
  • Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: Up to €37,000
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the launch of the fundraiser service by preparing and processing necessary documents, including customer details forms, launch forms, and promotional materials.
  • Provide day-to-day support to customers, addressing queries, preparing reports, and managing communications.
  • Handle various administrative tasks such as documentation, record-keeping, data management, and customer support.
  • Maintain and update customer records on internal systems.
  • Prepare promotional materials and manage activities for special fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Regularly update customer fundraiser websites with relevant information.

Key Requirements:
Essential:

  • Strong work ethic, trustworthiness, and reliability.
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly customer-focused with exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and a flexible, can-do approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and be results-driven.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Full Irish driving license and access to own transport.

Preferred:

  • Relevant experience in similar roles, with a track record of successfully managing administrative tasks and customer support.
