Position: Supply Chain Manager Position Summary: Reporting directly to the CFO, the Supply Chain Manager will be a key member of the senior leadership team, overseeing all aspects of the supply chain to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability align with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Oversight: Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations, logistics, customer service, and procurement activities to ensure seamless and efficient processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with departments such as sales, finance, and HR, as well as liaise with counterparts across the broader group as needed.
Performance Management: Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Experience: Proven track record in supply chain management within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including current trends and best practices.
