Regional Sales Director – Recruitment & Talent Solutions Consultancy

We are an ambitious and goal-orientated team with a great plan aligned to the next phase of our 2028 growth strategy. Part of that strategy is to hire an ambitious sales and results orientated Regional Sales Director for the North East Region and our Executive Search Business. This position on the Business Development team is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role where you can directly impact the success and growth of the Drogheda office and our Executive Search business.
Responsibilities:
The role will require you to expand our client network through proactive Business development methods.
Seeking out further opportunities within with our current clients, through cross selling introducing our range of services to maximise relationships and revenue.
Having a strong knowledge of employment and business opportunities in the region.
Responsible for delivering on financial and core activity targets.
A brand ambassador for Osborne and representing the company when visiting clients and networking.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, or Sales, or Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Recruitment consultancy preferred, alternatively proactive B2B sales experience with proven track record of developing key relationships.
Experience preparing sales proposals to both MMC, large and SME organisations required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Proficient in MS Office / 365.
Ability to travel nationwide, when required.
