Part Time ISO Administrator  

Our client in Dublin 12 are seeking an ISO Administrator to work with them on a part time basis (3 days per week).  As their ISO Administrator/ Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards within the Company. ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards are internationally recognized norms and guidelines that ensure products, services, and systems are safe, reliable, and of high quality.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Part Time (3 days Per Week & flexibility on days) 
  • Hybrid Model (Required in office minimum of once per week to verify documentation)
  • €40,000 (pro rata to part time)

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Preparation and Maintenance of ISO documents ensuring appropriate capture and storage of documents, records. 
  • Ensure that all quality data is compliant, accurate and up to date. 
  • Preparation and undertaking annual internal audits and external audit when required. 
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, Head office Management system department and other subsidiary ISO administrators. 
  • Provide training in ISO and company’s management system. 
  • Liaise with Experts consultants to determine and evaluate the relevant legal requirements (environment, health & safety) 
  • Completion of customer Quality questionnaires as required. 

Key competencies required:

  • Qualification in a relevant field such as Quality Management, ISO Auditor or related area is an advantage. 
  • Experience and understanding of quality standards, regulations, and methodologies (ISO 9001, ISO 45001.). 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
