Osborne Executive Search are working in an exclusive partnership with scaling, fintech, utilities, and public services organisation to appoint a Chief Executive Officer.

As CEO you will lead the company’s overall performance and profitability, working closely with management and shareholders to define and achieve strategic goals for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to, Influence, shape and implement the company’s strategy, business plan, budget, and operations.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to manage financial performance, ensuring adherence to P&L, including Turnover, EBITDA, and cash flow.
  • Prepare timely board-level reports for delivery to the Board of Directors on current business performance and secure budget approvals.
  • Align strategically with clients to meet business goals and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, and agreements.
  • Drive business optimisation initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative organizational culture, mentoring teams and enhancing performance.
  • Communicate effectively with the Board and throughout the company, providing strategic solutions to business challenges.
  • Manage banking relationships and cultivate strategic financial partnerships in tandem with the CFO.
  • Offer strategic advice on contracts, negotiations, and business deals.
  • Lead the development of new business opportunities in Ireland for the organisation.

Education and Qualifications:

  • University degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Fluent in English.

Experience, Business and Industry Knowledge:

  • Minimum of 10 years in executive management with a strong corporate and C-level background.
  • Proven experience managing P&L and shareholder relations.
  • Skilled in leading cross-disciplinary teams for public and private tenders.
  • Expertise in commercial negotiations and relationship management with public authorities.
  • Political acumen with strong persuasion skills.

Experience in the technology, shared services, or banking sectors is desirable
