Sales Executive

Ireland’s premier high-end bathroom retailer, has been successfully operating for over 34 years in the heart of Dun Laoghaire. They pride ourselves on offering luxurious bathroom solutions and exceptional customer service. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their dedicated team immediately. Are you a motivated and professional Sales Executive with a passion for luxury bathroom interiors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of showroom sales experience in the bathroom industry and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role offers a competitive salary, base will be between 40-60k Realistic commission structure offering an additional €20,000 to €60,000 per annum, with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in our showroom, providing expert advice and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives through proactive selling and exceptional service.
• Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with the design team to create bespoke bathroom solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to offer the best advice and solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and excellent telephone manners.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum of 2-3years of sales experience in the bathroom industry, specifically in a showroom setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of design software is a plus.
• Professional and well-presented with strong communication skills.
• Excellent telephone manners and customer-focused, committed to providing first-class service.
