We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimator located in North Dublin on a Permanent basis.

Salary:

Role:

• Gather Pricing Queries: Collect and process requests for pricing from incoming queries.
• Customer Advice: Advise customers on recommendations for further work needed, along with detailed quotations.
• CCTV Drain Surveys: Review CCTV drain surveys and provide cost breakdowns for any recommended rehabilitation work.
• Government Tenders: Review and prepare submissions for government tenders.
• Project Costs Updates: Keep customers informed about ongoing project costs.

Responsibilities:

• Weekly Reports: Provide weekly updates to the Sales Director on quotation packages.
• Customer Relationships: Contact customers and build strong relationships with decision-makers.
• Upselling Services: Train site personnel on how to develop and upsell our services.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers receive completed surveys and are satisfied with the service.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with estimating and tendering (preferred)
